Oh, what a year it has been! I want to take this time to thank you for being a loyal reader, an amazing client and really an all-around awesome human who continues to show up and learn about nourishing food options.

2017 highlights for me includemy deeply inspiring client work, my monthly publication in Toronto’s Tonic Magazine, my first webinar & podcast recording (which I am sharing today), and taking the first steps towards creating an online, self-paced program to be released in 2018 (exciting!!).
