Well, 2016 has been quite the ride! We’ve undoubtedly experienced some dark days, but “without darkness, one cannot know light.”

So today I’m shining the light on the top things I created in 2016. And I have to say, the process of focusing on all the good that’s come to be this year felt GREAT.

I encourage you to spend some relishing in the happiness that’s happened over the past year. Because I know you’ve got a lot to celebrate too.

This slogan came to be this year and I love it more with each day that passes. We put so much pressure on ourselves to be a certain way before we raise our hand and ask for help.

My hope with this message is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all those struggling with their eating habits; and for these words to serve as a gentle reminder that it doesn’t matter what size you are or how much nutrition knowledge you have.

Because with me, we’ll always start exactly where you are.
