Well, 2016 has been quite the ride! We’ve undoubtedly experienced some dark days, but “without darkness, one cannot know light.”

So today I’m shining the light on the top things I created in 2016. And I have to say, the process of focusing on all the good that’s come to be this year felt GREAT.

Working one-on-one with clients continues to be one of my favorite ways to help people achieve food freedom. In my signature program, we discover what foods work best for your health, body and taste buds.

Everything tangible and intangible is specifically designed for you making positive change achievable, personally enjoyable and aaactually sustainable.

Best advice

This slogan came to be this year and I love it more with each day that passes. We put so much pressure on ourselves to be a certain way before we raise our hand and ask for help.

My hope with this message is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all those struggling with their eating habits; and for these words to serve as a gentle reminder that it doesn’t matter what size you are or how much nutrition knowledge you have.

Because with me, we’ll always start exactly where you are.
