We’re wrapping up this spring themed month with a focus on nourishing food. But before we dig into that goodness, if you missed any posts, here’s what we talked about:

I shared what I learned from one of the darkest times in my life.

Easy DIY green cleaning + beauty products.

Now when it comes to your food choices, I want to gently remind you that “your needs and desires for food changes with the seasons.”Geneen Roth

So if your diet is feeling a little dull, ready for some fresh, spring vibes, you can use this time of transition as an opportunity to explore different/new options. Set the intention of finding out what feels good in your body, now.

As you begin to think about what these foods might be, I invite you to pause and ask yourself: “What’s my intention behind this choice?” or “How do I want to feel when I finish eating?”

With those questions in mind, have a look at the list of recipes I’ve curated for you and start with the one that’s calling to you the most.
