Video: Berry Parfait

September is undeniably a busy time so if you know your morning is madness, help yourself out! Take five minutes in the evening to put together this easy, delicious and nutritious Berry Parfait. In doing so you’re setting yourself up for a morning with more energy, boosted mood and clearer thinking.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • Plain, full fat, Greek yogurt; for a non-dairy option, you can use plain & unsweetened, coconut yogurt.
  • If possible use berries that are in-season, like raspberries, which are my favorite!
  • Hemp hearts
  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Psst: All these ingredients you can easily find in any grocery or bulk store.
